Office Manager / Executive Assistant (Carlsbad, CA)

Annai Systems is looking for a self-motivated and organized Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Carlsbad office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to a senior executive of a local start-up company
  • Handle confidential information in a responsible manner as an HR liaison
  • Work with numbers to assist with Accounting tasks
  • Arrange, schedule and set up meetings, maintain and update calendars
  • Organize and maintain confidential personal files
  • Assists with special projects including database entries, airport pickups, etc.
  • Draft, type and proofread letters, reports, memos, presentations and other documents
  • Process and approve expense reports
  • Assist with travel arrangements
